Return Policy

All merchandise is warranted against manufacturers defects for 60 days from the date of purchase or longer as noted within specific products listed above or by the manufacturer. Should the item you purchase be unsatisfactory due to a defect we will be glad to repair or replace the product.

Product return requests based on aesthetic reasons will be considered at Daniadown's discretion within 30 days of date of purchase and if the product has not been used, this policy is strictly enforced as bedding products are not resalable, due to hygienic reasons.

All returns are to be made with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that you can get by e-mailing our customer service desk at service@daniadown.com or call 1-800-663-9088. Please inform us the nature of the problem so that we can determine the best solution.

Should you be required to send your return to us please follow the instructions below:

1.   Please address returns to Daniadown Quilts Ltd., 1270 S.E. Marine Dr. Vancouver, BC, Canada, V5X 2V9

2.   Please mark the RA# on the outside of all parcels.

3.   Please enclose a note with your name, address, phone number and a copy of your original invoice.

4.   Send all returns via Canada Post or as directed; please insure your package against loss or damage.

Alternatively, we would be pleased to accept your return at one of our corporate locations, simply bring the product and a copy of your receipt.
